Returns and Exchanges

It's important to the Potters that you love your pottery and are happy with your Bennington Potters purchase.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please use our Returns Form enclosed with your merchandise, or print a new one from the link below, then email us at potters@benningtonpotters.com or mail it back to us at 324 County Street, Bennington, Vermont 05201. 

For broken or quality issues, please email photos, again to potters@benningtonpotters.com.  Your satisfaction is important to us and we'll do everything we can to rectify any disappointing situation.
